CEO and Founder

Hello there, I am Eramelisse de Castro!

Your dedicated Wellness Consultant and Behavioral Health Clinical Educator. I have 18 years of experience in the mental health field, cultivating expertise in mental health education, support group facilitation, and the curation of workshops centered around behavioral health. My diverse experience encompasses roles in government/public sector, nonprofit organizations, health and hospital systems, as well as private consultancy.

My commitment to mental health education is underscored by certifications as a Mental Health First Aid instructor (for Adult, Youth, and Law Enforcement/Public Safety) by the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, and an Advanced Level Wellness Recovery Action Plan Facilitator through the Copeland Center.

Throughout my career, I have delivered impactful presentations, trainings, and workshops to over 9000 individuals and still counting. Complementing my practical experience, I hold a Master's Degree in Public Administration from National University, focusing on Organizational Leadership, and a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Phoenix.

What sets me apart is not only my professional experience but also my personal journey. I proudly identify as someone with lived experience, offering a unique perspective that bridges the gap between consumer/client and provider viewpoints. My passion lies in the realms of education, prevention, and early intervention in mental health, and I am driven by a profound desire to embrace life, love, and laughter.
